Inclusion of not only basic morphs, but PBM and FBM morphs. Real Dynamic Hair import (using splines).īetter morph system so that you don’t have that redraw every time you do something - I’ve already told GB how to get around that. Morph Injection and Removal (already worked out). This includes loading props and figures as well as Pose application (mostly completed). interPoser does it for you (already).įull Poser replacement - you will have access to Poser Runtimes just like Poser, well, better than it, except none of the “toy interface”. No need to find and move all textures somewhere local to the file being imported. Well, to add to Uncle Ox, it will do everything that Greenbriar does better and more: How will Interposer Pro make the above easier? How soon will it be available and will it be available for Mac? But, C4D is not known for the easiest or best rigging features. A well constructed biped rig can be transfered from mesh to mesh with little adjustment. If I rig in C4D wouldn’t it be almost easier to pose than in Poser? Not sure what do you mean by “will the rig be useable”, but I hope so after all the work. Hope it doesn’t take too much time to rig a basic biped figure. Wow! As a newbie I haven’t tried rigging yet. I meant if you went the simple import model method without Poser. I’m not sure I understand your question, but if I use Poser or DAZ, I would have access to all the morphs. The bones are not rigged in the best setup imaginable but it won’t be any more difficult to do poses (and animation) than it is with Poser. I would have thought the high res models would slow down C4D’s UI but it doesn’t as the morphs are handled differently from how C4D usually deals with it. You still have all the functionality of morph sliders with the addition of C4D’s great features and best of all, you don’t have to work with Poser’s horrible “kid’s toy interface”. He has Poser installed on his machine so I’m not sure if the actual installation is required or just the path.Īnyway… The combination of these 2 plug-ins converts C4D into an incredibly Mega-powerful version of Poser :bowdown. In order for it to work you have to have Poser installed on your machine as well (or at least the path to it) since the plug-in requires you to specify the path where poser is installed. You should, however, not only buy the importer but also the morph tag plug-in (also from Greenbriar). A friend of mine recently bought the Poser import plug-in for C4D from Greenbriar and you might be interested in that.
